Today is February 13th and the kiddos are 3 months old already, it seems like just yesterday I walked down the stairs in shock that the test was positive just like Carl said it would be. Everyone told us that they would grow up so fast right before our eyes and boy were they right! Not only are they getting bigger but they are really starting to interact with us smiling and cooing at us while we talk to them. Alot has changed since we brought them home from the hospital............

*Sleeping - Instead of sleeping all day, they are awake to 2-3 hours at a time and sleeping about 4-6 hours at night. (well depending on the night, some are better than others) They also fall asleep by themselves in their room watching their projector machine and listening to rain & ocean sounds.

*Feedings - They have always been on a fairly good schedule of eating every 3-4 hours which has stayed the same, however they used to eat 2oz and now they are eating a whooping 6oz, every 3-4 hours!!!

*Playtime - Daddy and I used to just talk to them with no response and now we get coos and smiles with some squealy noises. They can also sit up in their bumbos, lay in their boppy's and they enjoying bouncing in their bouncers too!

*Movements - You know when babies are small they really don't move very much and they are just kinda pliable and you can do move them however you want. Now the babies are kicking their legs, moving their arms up and down most of the time hitting themselves in the faces!

Likes & Dislikes

Benjamin's likes

*sitting in an upright position so he can look around

*he loves staring at the picture on our wall of the 3 of them

*snuggling with mommy and daddy

Benjamin's dislikes

*tummy time

*waiting for food

*being by himself

Blake's likes

*tummy time, so he can scoot all around

*his hands he loves trying to suck on them, can't quite get it yet

*Bathtime

Blake's dislikes

*not having somthing to suck on. I.E. hands, binky, blanket

*being on his back where he can't move around

*waiting to eat

Brooklynn's likes

*her binky

*kicking her legs and moving her arms

*sleeping, we feel like she sleeps all the time

Brooklynn's dislikes

*waking up alone

*when she hits herself in the face

*when her brothers cry

We know so much more is going to change so fast and thats why we are treasuring every moment and making sure we blog & fill out their baby books so we can remember all the little details when they ask us!
