Oh boy.....the excitment of "Yo Gabba Gabba!!

For the past 3 months or so the babies have become very fond of Yo Gabba Gabba, it is a kids show with great learning adventures! They have actually learned alot from this show even though they only watch it once a day, once in the morning and once at night. All we have to say is "Gabba"? and they go running to the tv!! The past few days something new has emerged from their little bodies as the theme song is being played...........Watch and see! <3

Fun at the park!

We have a little park by our house that the kiddos love to go play at. We are always moving at this park since there is no fence and cars do drive by quite often, we are thankful that the street is a good 50-75 feet from the park! We try to take the kiddos out every night does not always happen but we try!

Welcome Home Daddy!!

Most of you know that on February 12th Carl left for Washington D.C for some work training. He was gone for about a week, which I know is not very long since we all know how long deployments for the military can last...... however, he has left only me by myself not as a single mother to 15 month old wild and crazy TRIPLETS!! Of course I was kept very busy by my 3 little angels and a few appointments also filled half the week. The babies really missed Carl more than I thought they would, I really did not think they would understand that he was gone. When we Skyped for the first time Brooklynn lost it and I could no longer console her so we had to end our video call but everyday it got a little bit better! I had Auntie Michelle watch the babies while I went to the airport to get daddy so that when we got home I could record the babies seeing daddy for the first time in a week! Enjoy!!

Beach day!

We spent the late afternoon at Hickam Beach which we have never done before.  We arrived at about 4:45 pm and stayed for about an hour, something you probably can only do here in Hawaii. The weather was beautiful, better than we could have asked for!  This photo has to be my absolute favorite of the bunch that I took.  Blake LOVED the beach we set him down and he took off for the water which scared Carl and I but he eventually turned around and ran from the water!  Brooklynn of course followed Blake and went for the water but was not impressed when it touched her, she eventually got used to it and began to really like it!  Benjamin just does not like the beach, poor guy was not having a good time... =(  Hopefully he will get used it it because we will be going alot now that they are getting older!

Fun with friends

We enjoyed a fun playdate at our favorite park with our favorite twins!!  Its so amazing to see how our babies have grown up and are much more interactive with one another.  Now us momma's are busy chasing after our little ones instead of sitting on the couch just "Watching" them!

Let's be Thankful

I wanted to write a post dedicated to being Thankful..........................

Let's face it most of our lives now involve social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, you can pretty much know what everyone is doing, where they are, what kind of day they are having, updates on families and well pretty much anything you can think of. I guess my reason for this post has to deal with the amount of negativity I have seen lately.

I'll get one question out of the way: No this is about no one in particular.

Over the past week I have seen posts mentioning husbands, children, friends & family members in a negative way or the infamous 3 letter update FML. I just wonder do these people realize that their life is just not that bad? It makes me wonder how many of us actually appreciate what we have, what God has blessed us with..... Maybe I have a different mind set since I have dealt with many losses: My grandmother, my dad and 2 pregnancies. I also had to leave my faith in the Lord for our triplets healthy entrance into this world. I do have really hard day's don't get me wrong but there is something I think about when I am having "one of those day's". There is always someone out there who has it way harder than you do. While you are complaining someone is trying desperately to feed and clothe their family, a family no longer has a loved one, parents no longer have a child to hold, a wife or husband no longer has their spouse, I could go on but I am sure you get the point.

I could probably ramble on this topic for a while but it would just be repetitive, the one thing I am trying to get across is be Thankful! Be thankful for your health, your family and friends and be thankful for what the Lord has blessed you with. Remember that the imperfections that happen in our life helped make us who we are today, embrace the challenges and overcome them in a positive way.

Messy, messy, messy..........

Just thought I would share a fun dinner experience with you! The babies are no longer in highchairs, they are now sitting in big kid chairs at a big kid table and they really like it! Sadly Brooke's face was not a complete mess like her brothers so we missed a photo opportunity but you can see her face in the video! =) Enjoy! Oh by the way we are 14 1/2 months old!!!!
