27 weeks today!

27 WEEKS!!!!!!!

Ok so we have made it to 27 weeks, what a blessing! Only 1 more week to go until our BIG GOAL!!!!!! Nothing has really changed except our NST's are beginning to be a pain in the butt beacause the kids are still so small they move around everywhere and we have to keep them on for a solid 20 minutes with little or no breaks in the strip. Other than that I am doing well, just wishing that I had more visitors or phone calls to make me feel better. Its been just about a month now and I am a pretty happy camper but I do have my sad days, thank goodness for my hubby, mom, sister, family & friends that call me everyday I could not do it without you!!!! Love you all!!!!

26 Weeks and 3 days

Blake

Brooke
Ben
Ok so today we had a surprise ultrasound that included a growth scan!! Babies weights are:
Benjamin is 2lbs 2oz
Brooklynn is 1lb 13oz
Blake is 2lbs 0oz
All 3 babies are growing extremely well, the boys are ahead of the game and Brooke is right on with a singleton baby. During the ultrasound Ben was being a little stinker and sitting so low that we could barely get measurements for him, we were finally able to get a profile picture where he had his hand over his face like a drama king! LOL! Brooklynn was sitting face down towards my back not showing anything! I guess she was having a shy moment, we did end up with a pretty good face on shot where you could see her top eye open! Blake of course is still a little contortionist sitting in the most awkward positions. we were able to capture him with his body in a "C" shape which is pretty funny considering he is baby C.
As for me I am still doing very well considering almost 7 weeks of bedrest, I just try to keep myself busy and if I have a rough day all I do is think about our babies and how much healthier they will be the longer they stay inside! I have only gained a total of 9lbs so far in the past 26.5 weeks and since bedrest only 1lb. I eat when I want and what I want so i am just assuming that the babies are taking everything from me. Blood pressure still doing great and my diabetes test also came back normal, we will be repeating the test in a few weeks just to make sure. Still no sign of any swelling, I am also not have ANY contractions at all and hopefull it stays that way.
It was Carl's and I's 3rd wedding anniversary yesterday! He went to an Italian restaurant and got us both Fettuchini Alfredo, which we had on our first date! He brought a picnic basket with wine glasses and sparkling cider, and we enjoyed a quiet dinner and evening together it was very romantic. During dinner I think the kids were trying to interupt already just kicking away, either that or they loved the real food since they have been stuck on hospital food! lol!

Tonight was like Christmas morning!

Ok so today we are 25 weeks and 4 days and we were finally moved back to the "stable" floor yesterday morning. We got a visit this evening from our team of Dr's, and we were told that I no longer HAD to stay in bed all the time!!! I am able to leave the room twice a day for an hour or two, I can also shower everyday, and use the toilet!!!!!! Ben, Brooke and Blake are doing fabulous, moving ALL THE TIME!!!!!
Here is whats new with the babies......
Benjamin is still head down like he has been since about week 15, his head is VERY low and his feet curve to the left side of my belly. Brooklynn completely flipped over and is now head up with her feet down by Ben's head. Blake also flipped and is now head down by Ben's feet and his feet are up by my rib cage. We are excited for our next growth scan to see how much they weigh, should be around 27 weeks. I had been doing alot of complaining lately about being on bedrest mostly because I am just so tired. I did ALOT of thinking yesterday and I am truly blessed to really have no other issues except that my cervix has disappeared, I now spend my days thinking I am doing a great job just carrying these babies as long as I can! Carl has truly been my saviour throught this last 6 weeks that I have been "stuck" on bedrest, I could not do it without him here. He is going to make the best daddy ever!

Now we just sit and wait for our miracles to arrive!!!!!!

Mommy and Daddy love you guys!

25 Weeks

Alrighty so great news!!!! We are off the heart monitors! We were being monitored for 15 hours a day non stop, but now they have reduced it to only every 6 hours for 20 mins!!!!! Wow, what a relief! Cannot believe we have made it to 25 weeks so far, really hoping for 28!!!! Keeping our fingers crossed, thats all for now!

New news again!

Ok everyone heres the scoop....................

We have now been moved from our favorite floor to the labor and delivery floor because our cervix went from 1.39cm to almost nothing in a week!!!! We have been in Labor and Deliery now for 4 days being closely monitored. We had a little scare where our baby C Blake had a few heart decelerations, but popped back up very quickly and is seeming to do fine now! I am now on complete bedrest with only able to get up and use the toilet for #2 if I have to pee I have to use a bedpan =0(. I am handling it pretty well. We have another cervical check on Wed, and hopefully if all is the same we will get transfered back to our floor soon!

Here are a few new pictures of our hospital stay so far!!!!!

Our goal chart!

24 Weeks!

We made it to our first big Milestone!!!!

New pictures!

The Larson Trio!!
Brooklynn

Benjamin

Blake

Alrighty, here we are at 23 weeks and 6 days!! We had a growth scan at 23 weeks and 4 days babies weights are as follows:

Benjamin- 1lb 8oz
Brooklynn- 1lb 3oz
Blake- 1lb 5oz

I am still doing very well, blood pressure is normal the only difficult thing now is breathing sometimes! The baby's heartrates are chcked twice a day with a doppler and as of today they will be confirming heartbeats with daily ultrasounds. Cervix is still holding at 1.39cm and hopefully it stays that way for atleast the next 4 weeks or so. We are 1 day away from a huge milestone, 24 weeks! The babies are viable outside the womb at this time, but we would prefer they cook until atleast 28 weeks if not longer 33 weeks would be great!!!!

Update.........

Ok so we had another cervical scan today and it was still stable sitting at 1.39cm. We were able to peek at the babies today and they are all doing very well! Benjamin is now head down and feet up and he is a mover! Brooklynn completely switched positions and now head down on the right side while her legs and feet stretch over to the left side under my ribs, she is still our wild child! Blake is just chilling on the left side with his feet and but literally over his head like he is trying to do a backwards summersault, yes he is all ours, lol!!!

We wre now admitted to Tripler for the duration. The plan for now is to just monitor me closer to watch for any changes, we will be starting a course of steroids to help the babies lungs mature within the week or so. We will also be getting NST's done (non-stress test) within the week also. For now thats it I will post pictures soon!!!!!

23.5 weeks

Hey everyone!!!

Today we are 23.5 weeks and getting ready to be admitted back to Tripler Army Medical Center for the duration of our pregnancy. I am getting bigger everyday and more uncomfortable, Brooklynn and Blake are pretty much under my ribs now so it is getting a little harder to breathe and my ribs are sore from being kicked, man they are getting strong! Benjamin is low in my pelvis and I can fell his every move, he is the strongest of the 3 with his movements, followed by Brooklynn then Blake. Delilah our dog will be leaving us today to visit with her Auntie Alison and her family, we pulled out the suitcases and she immediatley got sadface! We are also still waiting for a 4 bedroom house to open up for us so Carl will be moving while I am in the hospital, lucky him!! =0)

I know i say this pretty much every post but we are really hoping to make it to atleast 28 weeks and everyday after that will be a true blessing! Benjamin, Brooklynn & Blake mommy and daddy are so truly blessed to be bringing you into this world, we cannot wait to meet you!!!
